Can't recommend Simon and his team highly enough. Simon had the patience of a Saint whilst dealing with three computers all with problems. Really knows his computers; friendly; efficient and excellent customer care.

I had messages from Malaware which I did not understand. Max remotely looked through the messages and hekped me reach free support from them instead of having to buy more protection. This only took nearly half an hour. It was a great relief for me as I am elderly and not confident with IT.

I learned about Sitec at a talk organised in Cranleigh and then wass so impressed thay we booked to have our PC upgraded to Windows 11. The work was explained to me and carried out in a very friendly and professional manner. A problem I ran into a few days after I collected it (I could not access my Video on Zoom) was seen to and it is reassuring to know I can contact a reliable local firm . I would highly recommend them.

I had an issue with my PC recently where it had slowed right down and was often ‘hanging’, making working on it more and more frustrating. I reached out to Simon Isherwood from SITEC, and he accessed my computer remotely and gave it a full 'MOT', and now it’s running like new — it’s absolutely, brilliant! 🙌

The most amazing thing was it took less than an hour and it was all sorted. Thank You very much Simon. If you have any IT issues, I can highly recommend Simon Isherwood of 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜 𝐈𝐓 he’s professional, efficient, and offers excellent value.

I just wanted to make a point in saying how helpful, kind and super-efficient your new support guy, Ryan, has been with us this week! He has been a life-saver after a very tricky time with our PCs and nothing was too much trouble for him in sorting everything out for us and getting us back up and running. Special mention also goes to Max for all his kind help, as usual.

My photographs have been transferred from my Smart phone to my computer.
My Apple MacBook has been fully repaired, the old worn out batteries removed and it is now working normally.
