Ryan was very understanding and you couldn't tell that this hos first solo callout.Sitec are a very good company and Simon and his team are very considerate and knowledgeable.
I had an issue with my PC recently where it had slowed right down and was often ‘hanging’, making working on it more and more frustrating. I reached out to Simon Isherwood from SITEC, and he accessed my computer remotely and gave it a full 'MOT', and now it’s running like new — it’s absolutely, brilliant! 🙌The most amazing thing was it took less than an hour and it was all sorted. Thank You very much Simon. If you have any IT issues, I can highly recommend Simon Isherwood of 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜 𝐈𝐓 he’s professional, efficient, and offers excellent value.
I just wanted to make a point in saying how helpful, kind and super-efficient your new support guy, Ryan, has been with us this week! He has been a life-saver after a very tricky time with our PCs and nothing was too much trouble for him in sorting everything out for us and getting us back up and running. Thank you for the helpful and efficient service from Sitec IT Ltd.My photographs have been transferred from my Smart phone to my computer.My Apple MacBook has been fully repaired, the old worn out batteries removed and it is now working normally.A fully reliable service indeed.
