Your IT support service and what you can expect

Level of Cover:

With our basic support service we’ve got you well covered. You’ll get unlimited telephone and often unlimited support time per month, (depending on the size or your company). We offer 3 different levels of support:

  • Bronze – 8 hour response – remote support only
  • Silver – 4 hour response – on/off site
  • Gold – 1 hour response – on/off site

All support includes hardware break/fix support. Parts are a chargeable item at the standard market value. And our response time is between 1 and 8 hours although if we can, we’ll get to you sooner.

New laptop computer installation

Ben was endlessly patient with my husband and I. We don't really know much about computers but for the first time ever we had help from someone who was able to explain things in language that we could relate to. He also sorted out my husband's iTunes downloads and made him very happy indeed! The new computer is working very well and is so much easier to use than our old one. All the existing "bits" - wireless mouse and keyboard, speakers (for the music) and the printer seem very happy with the laptop too! So "well done" for getting them to work together! We really feel as though we have our own IT department to hand.
