Your IT support service and what you can expect
Level of Cover:
With our basic support service we’ve got you well covered. You’ll get unlimited telephone and often unlimited support time per month, (depending on the size or your company). We offer 3 different levels of support:
- Bronze – 8 hour response – remote support only
- Silver – 4 hour response – on/off site
- Gold – 1 hour response – on/off site
All support includes hardware break/fix support. Parts are a chargeable item at the standard market value. And our response time is between 1 and 8 hours although if we can, we’ll get to you sooner.
