Pre-office move or set up advice and planning
- Planning is crucial and we can advise you about what you’re going to need in terms of cabling, equipment, utilities, software, office layout and other contractors like office fit out.
- We’ll do a risk assessment and have a contingency plan in place just in case something goes wrong.
- We can organise it all from ordering any new equipment, arranging the move, and making sure you have the right utilities in place on the day.
On the big day of your office relocation
You won’t be left anxiously looking at your watch as the day dawns.- We’ll be there promptly to oversee the whole day and make sure everything goes to plan.
- Our engineers will uninstall, pack, transport and re-install all your equipment.
- We’ll test and re-test to make sure it all works before you go home.
Following up to make sure it works
You may need some help in the days and weeks after the office opening and relocation and we’ll be on hand for that too. Gremlins can put in an unwelcome appearance or there may just be little issues that need ironing out as the new team or location get underway. We’ll either assist you remotely or come back in so you won’t be left high and dry.
