Independent estate agents Clarke Gammon Wellers had taken on another location and needed a permanent computer to be located at their site office for the Liphook Silent Garden development. This computer needed to have access to the main Vebra Live Property Management Solution at their head office.
Sitec IT has worked with Clarke Gammon Wellers for over six years providing IT support and new computer equipment for their six locations in Surrey and Hampshire.
Sitec IT worked with the site developer, Cove Homes, to ensure they fully understood the requirements of the project. As a result they got a broadband service installed at the site office and then installed the necessary hardware to allow for a secure site-to-site VPN between the new development site and the Vebra Live system hosted out of the Haslemere head office. This allowed Sitec to relocate the necessary computer from the Liphook office to the Silent Garden site and test it before it went live.
- Pre and post project planning and support
- Developer liaison
- Supply of business class hardware to enable effective VPN solution
- Equipment relocation to the new site office
- Setup and installation of site-to-site VPNs the Silent Garden location
The pre and post planning by Sitec meant that CGW lost no man hours having to arrange the addition of this new site and could be confident that the Silent Garden computer was working effectively on the first day they needed it.
Although quite a small project, the implementation was delivered on-time, on budget and to the client’s complete satisfaction. Sitec IT now include the Silent Garden site in their monthly support arrangement and continue to provide proactive support for the group as a whole.
